At CHERRY TONIC, we offer worldwide shipping and aim to make your ordering and delivery experience as smooth and transparent as possible. 1. PROCESSING TIMES
Once an order is placed, we typically require 1–3 working days to process it.
• Orders placed Monday–Thursday are often processed within 1 business day.
• Orders placed on Friday evening or during weekends/holidays will begin processing on the next working day.
Processing time refers to order verification, quality checks, and packaging before dispatch.
2. SHIPPING TIMES
After your order has been processed and dispatched, delivery generally takes:
- UK & European Union: 6–15 working days
- US & Canada: 6–15 working days
- Rest of the world: 8–15 working days
Please note that external factors—such as courier delays, customs clearance procedures, or seasonal shopping peaks—may occasionally extend this timeframe.
Orders ship directly from our main fulfilment centre to ensure product availability and competitive pricing. Final delivery is completed by Royal Mail or another major carrier. All orders receive a tracking number once dispatched.
3. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping rates:
- €3.99 for orders under €50
- Switzerland, Malta, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Romania, Croatia, Cyprus and Turks & Caicos Islands: €5.99 for orders under €50
- FREE shipping on orders of €50+
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout.
Import taxes or duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer, though most orders fall below the threshold at which such charges are applied.
4. PLACING AN ORDER
To place an order, simply add your desired items to your online cart and proceed to checkout. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate to avoid delays or misdeliveries. Shipping costs will be shown before payment is completed.

6. ORDER DISPATCH & TRACKING
We aim to dispatch orders as soon as processing is complete. Once your parcel has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and tracking link.
